The guys from Neptune Mechanical did a service call on my units . Very professional and thorough. They ran a few tests that I have not seen other companies do. Turns out one of my units ductwork is correctly sized and the other isn’t. We are working with them to determine a fix. For now the units are back in good condition and ready for the next season. I found out that they also do Carbon Monoxide testing from exhaust and I had them test our hot water heater. We discovered that the exhaust outflow is not properly venting up the pipe and some is leaking into the garage. Luckily no Carbon Monoxide leak detected but definitely going to have them fix this. Thank you Neptune!
