Taylor and Jacob arrived early 😀. I thought I needed a new thermostat, but they investigated and determined I just needed a clean out of the drain. Great they diagnosed the problem and didn’t just replace my thermostat. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely the best HVAC service I’ve ever had.
Very prompt arriving exactly as scheduled. Kept me informed throughout the repair. Appointment for annual service was outstanding. I have never had such a thorough cleaning. They serviced the ENTIRE Unit inside & outside. Again keeping me informed throughout the service. You cannot go wrong with Neptune Mechanical!!

Did an amazing job of replacing a 24 year old water heater! Excellent and timely service, communicated everything that was going to be done in advance, and cleaned up after they completed the job. Would definitely recommend their services and will use them again for any future projects or repairs/replacements.
