Absolutely the best HVAC service I’ve ever had.
Very prompt arriving exactly as scheduled. Kept me informed throughout the repair. Appointment for annual service was outstanding. I have never had such a thorough cleaning. They serviced the ENTIRE Unit inside & outside. Again keeping me informed throughout the service. You cannot go wrong with Neptune Mechanical!!

Neptune Mechanical is our "go to" source for plumbing and HVAC work in Virginia Beach. They just completed a large upgrade to our HVAC system that involved significant increases to our supply and return capacity. Despite the scope of this project, Taylor and Jacob finished the job in a day and a half with no issues at all. This is the second project we've had Neptune do and they get five stars for both jobs. Unlike their competitors, the Neptune team focuses on the details and gets them right the first time. As one example, how many hours do you end up waiting around the house for a service provider to arrive? Instead, Neptune promptly responds to requests for service and communicates their intention to arrive at a specific day and time. They also provide notifications that they are on their way prior to arrival. Can't say enough about the quality of their work. Give then a try - you won't be disappointed!

Neptune Mechanical came out to make sure our HVAC system was ready for winter. They were on time, professional, and really thorough. The tech explained everything clearly and made sure we were good to go before leaving. Great service and peace of mind—highly recommend!

Taylor and Jacob arrived early 😀. I thought I needed a new thermostat, but they investigated and determined I just needed a clean out of the drain. Great they diagnosed the problem and didn’t just replace my thermostat. I would highly recommend.

Did an amazing job of replacing a 24 year old water heater! Excellent and timely service, communicated everything that was going to be done in advance, and cleaned up after they completed the job.
