Once again Taylor and Jacob from Neptune Mechanical did a great job to resolve our hot water heater problem. In addition to their plumbing skills, they were both really good at communicating with my wife and me. Very happy with our new system. So glad to have reached out to Neptune Mechanical for their assistance with our HVAC system. Taylor got with me quickly and was able to go out to review the concerns with our system. I knew the system was old and obsolete. It is an R22 system. Of course, he got there, and the system was not keeping up with the demands of this current heatwave. Along with that the ductwork was never properly sized for the home. Making it even more of a problem with rooms cooling evenly. So needless to say, I was so pleased to get a quote to know just what needs to be done. Their process in getting to me was second to none. The text alerts kept me informed to the progress.
