On one of the hotter days this month one of my outdoor fan/coil/compressor units stopped working. I looked for a small company local to SE Virginia Beach area with good reputation and discovered Neptune Mechanical. Taylor and his helper somehow managed to came over the same day I called. Taylor quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the unit (replaced capacitor). He was thorough in testing the repair to ensure all was good. I thought Taylor did an excellent job and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. I am very happy that I engaged this company and will continue to be their customer.

Taylor came out and fixed a system that had been damaged by prior company. He took the puzzle and put it back together. Because I had wires disconnected from everything. 🫣🤦🏽‍♀️ The company was truly God sent.

Upon completion of their work (2day job👍🏾) they cleaned up after themselves, very much appreciated☺️ Upon completion, instructed & reviewed how to operate & if we had ANY concerns/questions to not hesitate contacting them.
Definitely will be using them again for any HVAC issues/maintenance/replacement/repairs.
